"Eh - hi, hello. I'm not much of a morning person so I decided to try this over the phone. Which I'm doing now, of course."

Louise coughed. "I'd like to make an appointment for a consultation, or however it is called with tattoos. I'm considering have a small letter 'm' placed under my left breast and I would like to hear about the possibilities. I can be reached on the following number: 555-378-387, thank you!"

"Louise? This is Adrian Smith from Siren Cove Ink. You wanted to set up an appointment?"

"Yes, I do! And I have ..almost three more weeks off, so whenever you can squeeze me in, really. Honestly. I've never done this before so I don't know the customs."

[needleandink]

"Don't worry about it," Adrian laughed in return. "I get a lot of newbies in and wouldn't mind going over the basics with you before we get started, even a few times if you're not quite ready the day you come in. My schedule isn't very full this week, so any time you want to drop by, feel free to do so."

"Thank you for your quick reply, by the way. Maybe I'm a little nervous."

She nodded, rolled her eyes at herself because you can't nod through a telephone. "Thank you, I will do that. Is there anything else I need to do, bring, before my visit?"

"I would look through websites, graphic designs, different fonts, so you'll have an idea of what you want the letter to look like. I can pull up a few when you get here, but it's better to have an idea at least before you come in. Makes the decision process a little easier if you've looked first."

"I already know that, I just like to know more about the possibilities of white ink. I like the idea of the scar fading away. I'm not saying that I think tattoos are scars, it's just - I'm talking out of perso- sorry."

She was stuttering now. "I will come prepared, I promise."
